The parents of the triplets identified as Andrew and Wayne were unable to be at the birth due to the COVID-19 restrictions, Mirror reports.

Recalling the experience Jemma said:

“It was very exciting because they don’t normally deliver triplets at Grimsby.

“Everyone on Blueberry ward was wonderful. I asked them if they would all sing along to Baby Shark for me which they did.”

The girls, who were born by caesarean section, are now being looked after by the staff at Grimsby’s Family Service Department and Andy and Wayne.
