#QuedateEnCasa #StayAtHome

The Argentina international was angry with the embarrassing defeat Barcelona suffered against Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

He told the club’s chiefs afterwards that he wants to leave the Nou Camp even though he has one more year left on his current contract.

His father traveled to Barcelona from Argentina to have a showdown talks with the Catalans chiefs over the future of his son.

While speaking with GOAL, Lionel Messi explained that his son challenged him and cried that they should not leave Spain.

“Thiago yes, he is older. He heard something on TV and found out something and asked. I didn’t want him to know anything about being forced to leave, to have to live in a new school, or make new friends.

“He cried to me and said, ‘Let’s not go’. I repeat that it was hard, really.
