The former lawmakers said that unless President Buhari acts fast to resolve the unrest in the ruling party, a lot can go wrong, Sahara Reporters reports.
They raised fears that the problem which started from the rivalry between Governor Godwin Obaseki and Adams Oshiomhole can cause the party to implode, adding that the party is at the verge of retrogress by its obviously incompetent leadership.
The APC members said in a joint letter to Buhari: “The flagrant misconduct of the current party leadership is curious, unacceptable and incurable.
“The party is also legendary for its nonchalance towards timely intervention and resolution of internal party squabbles.”
